Overview:
The Controlling Support Functions Expert will be a key stakeholder for all AXA GO support functions to ensure good internal collaboration on all financial processes. The role will focus on GETD, Procurement & COO Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to financial planning mainly through forecast preparations & actuals monitoring, including running closing & forecast processes, running centralized controls to guarantee accuracy & reliability of financial information, delivering regular reporting to support functions management, and being the finance business partner of support functions.
- Contribute to the budget/forecast process for support functions scope.
- Execute transversal processes inside the supported Division (P2C, O2C, time tracking, budget, efficiency, sourcing, etc.).
- Support managers of the division in their transversal process delivery.
- Ensure data entries and quality into all systems (Anaplan/efficiency tracker, sourcing data, etc.).
- Coordinate transversal practices/processes delivery for the business unit supported.
- Support managers of the scope in their business cases and investment monitoring.
- Participate in the Sourcing Committees and validate expense alignment with Budget.
