Fashion Forum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Copenhagen as a Senior Sales and Business Development Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the ongoing success of our international company.

About the Job:

We are looking for a seasoned sales expert who can leverage their knowledge and expertise to expand our customer base in the Nordics and DACH regions. As a Senior Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing sales reports, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to optimize sales performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance and Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.
  3. New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
  4. Sales Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  5. Event Organization: Participate in sales events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
  6. Product Knowledge and Training: Conduct product training sessions for sales staff, ensuring they have thorough product knowledge and brand alignment.
  7. Logistics and Finance Support: Provide support for back-office tasks within logistics and finance, ensuring seamless operations.
  8. Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the creative marketing team to plan and execute brand activations, pop-up events, and other initiatives.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant educational background and at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales position.
  • Prior experience in the fashion industry, especially within the jewelry or ready-to-wear sector, is a plus.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience with wholesale in Scandinavia or the DACH region.
  2. A proactive self-starter with strong negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and a goal-oriented attitude.
  3. The ability to interpret sales data and apply insights to drive results.
  4. Excellent social skills with a strong network of retailers in Scandinavia and the DACH region.
  5. Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel as needed.
  6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently with digital tools.
  7. A responsible, detail-oriented, and independent approach to work.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  2. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English; German is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
