About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Engineer to join our team at Agromousquetaires, a leading manufacturer of packaging solutions for the food industry. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for packaging innovation
  • Develop and test new packaging materials and designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate packaging solutions into our manufacturing processes
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in packaging development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
