About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team at Tactical Adventures in Paris. As IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in providing technical support and managing IT operations. You will be working closely with our team to identify and address complex requirements, workflows, and technology-related pain points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and managing IT operations to enable the resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborating with other IT Managers at Kepler for issue escalation and resolution.
- Developing and delivering advanced training programs, including user sessions, phishing, and security training.
- Overseeing the procurement, tracking, and disposal of IT assets.
- Managing software licensing, procurement, cost analysis, and audits.
- Installing, supporting, repairing, and maintaining advanced computer systems and servers.
- Monitoring performance metrics and responding to service outages.
- Ensuring timely patching of operating systems and third-party applications.
