Global Offer Quotation Leader for Data Center Segment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Offer Quotation Leader to join our Data Center segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the tender activities, consolidating the entire Schneider Electric offer, and building an optimal technical and financial offer.
Your EnvironmentYou will be based at our Lattes facility, a major R&D and engineering center of Schneider Electric, where you will work closely with our commercial organizations and engineering centers. You will report to Stéphane, Director for Offers, and join a team of 4 people specialized in designing offers for our clients worldwide.
Your Missions- Review tenders and recommend a Bid/NoBid decision based on client specifications and Schneider Electric offer.
- Seek the optimal technical-commercial solution that meets client needs, relying on the offer repository.
- Draft the offer in all its components, including technical, financial, procurement, contractual, and installation aspects, aiming to reduce risks for Schneider Electric.
- When the offer involves multiple Schneider Electric entities, challenge each lot independently to build the best offer.
- Ensure financial compliance with Schneider Project Process rules regarding cash flow curves, risk analysis, and margin levels.
- Defend the offer in project steering committees.
- Control margin deviations during the negotiation phase and ensure sales forces stay within the offer framework.
- Lead the project handover to the execution team upon obtaining the order.
- Conduct continuous improvement activities, including comparing offers with reference offers, monitoring hit rates, and analyzing won or lost opportunities.
- A Master's graduate with a technical academic background (engineer or equivalent) with at least 10 years of experience in project management and responding to complex technical tender offers.
- Proficiency in English (permanent working language) and proficiency in French would be a plus.
- Knowledge of the data center world would be a plus.
- Financial mastery of tender elements and project management, including margin elements, cash flow curves, and incoming/outgoing margin monitoring.
- Project management skills to rally, influence, and organize.
- Very good communication skills in a multicultural environment.
