The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands include Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology in the cosmetics industry.
Your Contribution to P&G's Success
On our production plant, the Packing department guarantees the packing of our products in their final packaging. Three priorities for the packaging department are Safety, Quality, and Productivity. The heart of the profession of process packing engineer is the constant improvement of production lines to increase their efficiency.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Improve format changeover times between each production cycle.
- Manage the PDCA cycle of changes.
- Analyze data to inform technical action plans.
- Implement and monitor technical action plans.
- Coach operators to increase their capability.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing methods and SMED.
