About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Culture Lead to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by contributing to the development of our Data and AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Data and AI Culture Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive strategy to promote a data and AI-driven culture within AXA Group Operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to identify communication, training, and transformation needs, ensuring that data and AI are effectively used to solve operational problems.
  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver training tailored to different company profiles to promote understanding and effective use of data and AI for delivering business objectives.
  • Identify Transformation Opportunities: Identify targeted transformation opportunities using data and AI to solve specific operational problems in alignment with the GO Data and AI Strategy.
  • Measure Adoption and Impact: Develop key performance indicators to measure the adoption and impact of data and AI culture within AXA Group Operations.
  • Build and Manage a Data and AI Community: Create and manage an internal community focused on data and AI, promoting exchanges, sharing best practices, and cross-functional collaboration that supports the GO Data and AI Strategy.
Requirements
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Ability to develop and implement a communication plan to raise awareness and mobilize employees around data and AI culture, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Training and Development: Capability to design and deliver training tailored to different company profiles to promote understanding and effective use of data and AI for delivering business objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to define and implement an overall strategy to encourage the adoption of a data and AI-driven culture within the organization, aligning with the GO Data and AI Strategy.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in identifying targeted transformation opportunities using data and AI to solve specific operational problems in alignment with the GO Data and AI Strategy.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Ability to create and manage an internal community focused on data and AI, promoting exchanges, sharing best practices, and cross-functional collaboration that supports the GO Data and AI Strategy.
  • Performance Measurement: Capability to develop key performance indicators to measure the adoption and impact of data and AI culture within the organization.
