Energy Industry Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain market intelligence on the clean energy industry to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Identify new value propositions and opportunities to develop and improve energy and materials solutions, highlighting their potential benefits and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with geos to prioritize business opportunities, select partners and accounts, and reveal new customers and ecosystems to engage with.
- Support the development of GEO business plans and sales enablement for selected industry segments, improving sales performance and providing valuable guidance to clients.
- Engage cross-functional teams to develop and execute the Industry Experience strategy, ensuring pipeline growth and customer engagement.
- Represent Dassault Systèmes at marketing events to foster awareness and development in the energy and materials industry segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, MBA preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy industry.
- More than 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business strategy, and management.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, consulting, and project management in the nuclear sector.
- Proven experience in business consulting and consultative selling, with a focus on business transformation and change management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes' industry portfolio and preferred offers.
