Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez en charge du contrôle du siège EMEA et du contrôle retail France avec le soutien d'un contrôleur retail junior sous votre responsabilité.
Véritable Business Partner, vous êtes en soutien des opérationnels dans le suivi régulier de leurs coûts de fonctionnement et l'animation des processus budgétaires.
Vos responsabilités
- Élaboration des clôtures mensuelles en lien avec le service comptabilité : Revue et analyse des ventes, P&L et Bilan Analyse des variations vs budgets et forecasts
- Coordonner les plannings de clôture et les actions d'amélioration du pilotage des coûts du siège
- Consolider et fiabiliser les données de reporting mensuel et mettre en place des KPIs pertinents et actionnables
- Construire, consolider et fiabiliser l'ensemble des échéances prévisionnelles : budgets, forecasts, plans à moyen terme
- Participer à des analyses transverses en coordination avec les différents responsables opérationnels (HR, Opérations, Retail, Communication...)
- Participer à des projets liés à l'optimisation des systèmes d'information du département
- Encadrer un junior en charge du contrôle retail France
Cette liste n'est pas limitative et en fonction des priorités de notre Maison, vous pourrez être amené(e) à intervenir sur d'autres sujets.
Vos qualifications
- Formation supérieure Bac+5 (Grandes Ecoles ou Universités)
- Un expert en comptabilité et en contrôle de gestion reconnu pour sa capacité d'analyse et à l'aise dans un environnement exigeant
- Titulaire d'une expérience de minimum 3-5 ans en contrôle financier
- Un professionnel maitrisant Excel et SAP. La connaissance de HFM est un plus
- Une personne organisée, autonome et rigoureuse dotée d'un excellent relationnel
- Anglais opérationnel tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
