About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Assistant to join our team at Hana Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of our menu items, including sushi, makis, and other Japanese-inspired dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with our chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the maintenance of our kitchen equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
