About the Role:

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to increase efficiency, collaborating on projects, coordinating content, and staying updated on internal and industry trends for strategic insights.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-call support to local teams on the operationalization of site updates, including daily contact with affiliates.
  • Support new projects, such as features, SEO projects, and optimization, for affiliates, from brief to implementation.
  • Coordinate content globally and regionally for brand.com, retail.com, VeePee, and pureplayer.
  • Monitor daily and weekly the online activity of affiliates, including brand.com, retail.com, and pure players.
  • Consolidate sales reports and behavior analysis, including monthly reports and campaign post-mortem.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and e-commerce and online trends analysis.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) and a minimum of one year of experience in digital, preferably in e-commerce or e-retailers. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with the luxury/cosmetics sector is a plus.
