Digital Growth Manager

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance digitale pour New Flag et ses marques
- Gérer les campagnes 360°, y compris les campagnes payées sur Meta et Google
- Négocier et animer les partenariats avec des influenceurs et des créateurs de contenu
- Gérer le CRM New Flag Pro (Klaviyo) et optimiser les flux automatiques
- Développer et animer les plans digitaux pour les retailers partenaires
- Veiller sur les tendances digitales et du secteur
- Fournir des reportings réguliers pour optimiser les performances
- Au moins 2/3 ans d'expérience en Marketing Digital, idéalement dans le secteur de la coiffure ou de la beauté
- Maîtrise de l'Ads Manager Meta et Google Ads
- Connaissance approfondie des réseaux sociaux et des derniers trends
- Maîtrise du Pack Office et connaissances de Adobe et de logiciels de montage vidéo
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à proposer des idées innovantes
- Bonne plume et capacité à rédiger des textes clairs et précis
- Beaucoup de responsabilités et un rythme soutenu dans une petite équipe créative
