At Monta, we're on a mission to make electric vehicle charging simple, accessible, and reliable. As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, including scoping, solution design, and proposal development
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Monta's features and value propositions
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including use case analysis and solution architecture diagrams
  • Participate in bid processes to ensure Monta's features and value propositions are properly captured
Requirements:
  • Native or proficient level in French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues, and ESB
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to actively listen to and understand customer needs

The salary range for this role is €75,000 - €100,000 depending on level of experience.
