Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide assistance to field managers and staff within BNI regions in France. The ideal candidate will be professional, polite, and attentive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collections through various payment methods
  • Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate regional engagement information and distribute performance data
  • Participate in weekly team and status calls
  • Collaborate with the Member Success Center

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role required
  • Proficiency in databases and project management software
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
