Recruitment and HR Coordinator

As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping Global Blue's talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will include working with managers to create job descriptions, advising on recruitment methods, and supporting them through the interview process. You will also be responsible for managing the internal recruitment life-cycle, including CV screening, interviews, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, from job description creation to onboarding.
- Strengthen Global Blue's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Populate the HR database with recruitment activity data.
- Request references for new employees and manage internal job boards.
- Ensure accurate data entry onto Workday.
HR Administration
You will be responsible for managing HR administration processes, including conducting inductions, checking references, and ensuring all new starters and leavers have the necessary documentation. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate data entry onto Workday and maintain the integrity of our HR systems.
