Nous recherchons un Directeur/une Directrice des Achats/Produits expérimenté(e) et passionné(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique. Cette personne sera responsable du lancement d'une nouvelle marque/ligne de produits, de la définition stratégique de l'ADN de la marque, de son histoire et de sa vision.

Ce poste nécessite un esprit stratégique avec un sens aigu de l'esthétique, d'excellentes capacités de communication et de gestion d'équipe, et une profonde compréhension des dernières tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de mode.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les opérations des catégories, y compris le contrôle du rythme de lancement des nouveaux produits, la planification des événements, la gestion des flux et la promotion des campagnes de marketing.
  • Développer et exécuter une stratégie d'assortiment des marchandises pour les catégories assignées afin d’atteindre les objectifs financiers.
  • Participer aux réunions OTB avec l'équipe de planification pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de rentabilité et de rotation des stocks.
  • Établir et entretenir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs, en cherchant de nouveaux partenariats permettant de renforcer l’offre des produits.
  • Superviser les shootings visuels et leur implémentation dans la catégorie, en s'assurant que les effets visuels répondent aux exigences stylistiques.
  • Analyser continuellement les tendances du marché à travers les plateformes de médias sociaux et les principaux concurrents.

Exigences

  • 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des achats, de préférence dans l'industrie de la mode ou de l'e-commerce de prêt-à-porter.
  • Une expérience probante dans la négociation avec les fournisseurs, en mettant l'accent sur la qualité des produits, les coûts et le respect des délais de livraison.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et Google Workspace pour une analyse et une présentation efficaces des données.
  • Une Licence en Mode, Production, Design ou dans un domaine apparenté, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais ; la maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout.
  • Sens aigu des priorités, compétences en gestion de projet, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Buying/Product Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching a new brand/product line, strategically setting the DNA, storyline, narrative of the brand.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sense of aesthetic, excellent communication abilities and team management, and a deep understanding of the latest fashion trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage categories operations, including controlling new product launch rhythm, planning events, traffic management, and promoting marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a merchandise assortment plan for assigned categories to meet financial targets.
  • Engage in OTB meetings with the Planning team to meet sales, profitability, and inventory turnover goals.
  • Forge and nurture strong vendor relationships, seeking new partnerships that bolster product offerings.
  • Oversee visual shooting and implementation in the category, ensuring visual effects meet style expectations.
  • Continuously analyze market trends across social media platforms and competitor landscapes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Buying, preferably within an e-commerce fashion or apparel industry.
  • A track record of successful vendor negotiations, emphasizing product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace for effective data analysis and presentation.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong prioritization, project management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
