Job Title: Project Expediter Coordinator Location: Montigny le Bretonneux Office, France Duration: 12 months, renewable Start Date: Asap for 12 years renewable Project : Suriname B 58 About our client : it is a leading global contractor in the energy industry, providing engineering, procurement, construction, and project management services to clients worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, the client is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of its clients. Role Overview: We are currently seeking a Project Expediter Coordinator to join our client Saipem's team in Montigny le Bretonneux. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment for the Suriname B 58 project. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Track and monitor the progress of orders to ensure on-time delivery Resolve any issues or delays in the procurement process Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on procurement status Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities Requirements: Proven experience in expediting coordination, preferably in the energy or construction industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
