Le SDM sera en charge du projet « Back to Standard », qui a pour but de retourner à des réglages plus proche de l’origine de ServiceNow. **Missions**: - Animer des steering comitee, échanger avec le métier, l’intégrateur, le delivery, les POs, etc.- Faire le lien avec les différents intervenants- Apporter une expertise technique sur Servicenow notamment sur les modules ITSM, ITOM et SPM. **Compétences / soft skills**: - 5-10 ans d’expérience en chefferie de projets- Confirmé sur la technologie ServiceNow, ayant mené avec succès des mission de déploiement de bout en bout- Force de proposition et excellent communicant
