**Meet your new team**
You will be part of our global Product Management team, working from our Headquarters in Denmark or our Research Center in Montpellier. You will be working closely with your team, internal stakeholders, and our customers.
**About the position**
As Product Manager for your own portfolio, you will be an integral driver cross-functional to monitor and deliver revenue growth and contribution margin targets, work in close collaboratively with Commercial and Pricing to develop the right commercial activities, advance the sales pipeline, and define the pricing strategy.
In more detail, you will:
- Identify portfolio needs and gaps, quantify opportunities and establish business justification for new project development
- Lead the definition, development and commercialization of new products working closely with Innovation, Pricing and Commercial teams
- Identify non-performing products and recommend portfolio optimization
- Assist Operations by providing input to the S&OP process on current performance, new product development, and portfolio optimization
- Develop knowledge of competitor products and market position, communicate challenges and opportunities as well as recommend corrective responses
**Who are you?**
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager with knowledge of the ingredients industry. You are excited to develop something new, take ownership of your area and function well in a global team.
Furthermore, you have:
- A degree in food science, general business administration, or similar qualification
- +5 years of experience in product management within the dairy, food & beverage, or ingredients industry. An advantage if you have experience in natural or other food colors
- Strong analytical mindset, structured style of working with a high degree of ownership
- A result-driven, entrepreneurial and self-motivated personality
- Proficiency in English with the ability to work with peers across multiple teams, markets, and cultures
