**AXA IM Prime**

AXA IM Prime is a fully integrated provider of investment solutions across private markets, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure and hedge funds. It is part of AXA Investment Managers. With €34bn of assets under management, AXA IM Prime provides investors with a full range of global investment services across primaries, secondaries and co-investments. It also aims to create sustainable value by encouraging ESG best practices within the industry. As both a principal investor and a GP, AXA IM Prime holds a deep understanding of client needs and offers a differentiated, global perspective of the investment world.

**Investment analysis**:

- Under the supervision of team members, contribute to due diligence of primaries, secondaries and co-investment opportunities to support the team in financial analysis, review of financial models and business assumptions, review of legal/technical due diligence.

**Infrastructure research**:

- Contribute to fundamental analysis of the infrastructure market and underlying drivers (including but not restricted to energy transition and digital infrastructure).
- Contribute to elaborating sector/theme specific papers and/or presentations.

**Fund reporting**:

- Contribute to making quarterly reports.
- Monitor investments, including investment performance.

**Requirements**:

- Currently undertaking a master’s degree in a leading business or engineering school with a specialization in Finance.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel; VBA is a plus.
- First experience in investment banking, asset management or private equity, is mandatory.
- Understanding of the infrastructure industry.
