By joining our production unit, you will be the technical product reference for the electrical contactors and accessories product ranges for which you are responsible. Reporting to the Product Industrialization Manager, you will use your knowledge and skills in technology and/or product development to identify and implement innovative solutions, with a constant focus on optimizing quality and costs. You will also be the main interface between the Agile R&D teams and the manufacturing plant. **Your responsibilities**: - Participate in the continuous improvement group for industrial production as a technical expert and propose ideas and lines of investigation to respond to the various problems encountered. - Validate and implement solutions identified through tests carried out in our laboratories. - Monitor product cost trends, lead brainstorming sessions to propose cost-cutting ideas, then manage their implementation in production. - Support, with the rest of the team, tooling modifications and renewals in the context of modifications, capacity extensions, renewals or the introduction of dual-source suppliers. - Ensure the proper implementation of product modifications coming from Research & Development teams (Agile Teams). - Be an integral part of the site's Part Approval Process. - Participate in the follow-up of new development or modification projects, provide a critical eye on the design and propose technical solutions, taking into account the "design for quality", "design to cost" and "design for manufacturing" aspects. - Help define parts and products, launch and monitor factory validation plans prior to production launch. **Your background**: - Master / Mechanical or electro-technical engineer. - More than 4 years' experience if possible, ideally in design with a strong affinity for production, or vice-versa. - Good knowledge of problem analysis methodologies. - Concern for safety in the workplace and commitment to complying with all applicable safety guidelines. - Fluency in French and in English (to deal with foreign suppliers). - Ability to travel abroad (2-3 times a year). - Strong self-motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn. - Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business. **More about us**:
