The PES Sophia-Antipolis team is seeking a motivated Technical Intern for IC Verification to provide support to our Personal Electronics Solutions located in Sophia-Antipolis, France.
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma, Last year of master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Physics

Personal Electronics Solutions (PES) Sophia-Antipolis Team is primarily focused on PMIC and hybrid mixed-signal / power developments, for High-End / High-Volume electronic devices, such as Smartphones, Tablets and Consumer Accessories. PES Sophia-Antipolis Team is expanding its focus in Power Solutions, across a broad range of IC engineering profiles and levels of experience, including Analog Designers, Digital Designers, Verification Engineers and Firmware Engineers. As part of the PES verification team, engineers contribute to verifying our ICs, using System Verilog programming language (UVM/Formal) to build their verification test benches and Perl/Python/Shell scripts development languages to improve their flows and methodologies.
- Analog Devices is proposing a 6-months internship in the Sophia-Antipolis design center, France. The purpose of the internship is to help the verification team to improve their verification flow and methodology (speed up verification scenario creation and debug - improve functional coverage).

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Write scripts using Perl/Python to control/enhance available resources.-
- Write assertions using System Verilog to improve functional coverage.-
- Support current projects development by writing, improving and debugging test scenarios.-
- Integrate new tools in the current verification flow to improve the team’s efficiency.Minimum qualifications- High School/Institute of Technology cursus with an IC Design Engineering major.-
- High motivation and strong problem-solving skills, with a good attention to detail.-
- Ability to work and communicate within a team of senior engineers.-
- Fluent English language skills (reading/writing/speaking).Preferred qualifications- Knowledge of microelectronics simulation tools.-
- Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog hardware description language.-
- Usage of Linux environment and Shell scripts-
- Understanding of verification techniques and testbenches (UVM, coverage) #LI-CO1
