**Vos tâches**:
Tu es organisé-e, orienté-e solutions et à l’aise aussi bien sur le terrain que dans l’analyse des données ? Rejoins notre équipe en tant que **Service Coordinator (H/F)** Dans ce rôle clé, tu veilleras à la disponibilité de notre flotte de vélos et à la qualité du service dans les zones couvertes. Tu coordonneras les équipes de terrain, optimiseras les processus logistiques et participeras activement à l’installation de nouveaux systèmes. Si tu aimes prendre des responsabilités, travailler de manière autonome et évoluer dans le secteur de la mobilité, ce poste est fait pour toi
- Assurer la disponibilité de nos vélos sur le terrain tout en garantissant un service de qualité dans les zones couvertes
- Appliquer de manière rigoureuse les processus de maintenance et de logistique
- Coordonner et planifier les tournées, suivre la performance des agents de service
- Gérer et optimiser l’utilisation de la flotte de véhicules
- Participer à l’implémentation de nouveaux systèmes : installation, configuration et mise en service des stations

**Votre profil**:

- Français courant (niveau C1 minimum) et bonnes connaissances en anglais (niveau B1 minimum)
- À l’aise avec les chiffres et l’analyse de données terrain
- Très bonne maîtrise de MS Office, idéalement aussi de Google Suite
- Esprit pratique, autonome et orienté solutions
- Excellentes capacités de communication et goût prononcé pour le travail de terrain
- Méthodique, rigoureux-se et fiable
- Permis B indispensable
- Basé-e à Cergy-Pontoise ou à proximité
- Une expérience en mobilité, logistique ou installations techniques est un plus
