Il/elle:
Contribue à transformer la DSI en partenaire d'affaires majeur de
l'organisation pour répondre aux enjeux du plan stratégique et
augmente la visibilité de son efficacité en adéquation avec les
besoins d'affaires

Superviser les services IT ERP (y compris l'impression d'étiquettes
à travers le monde

LES DOMAINES DE RESPONSABILITÉ:
Gestion:
Apporter les changements d'organisation nécessaires pour conduire
l'alignement avec les exigences de l'entreprise et la stratégie du
groupe

Gérer une équipe de consultants internes et/ou externes (Finance,
contrôle de gestion, achats, ventes, fabrication, technique)

Identifier, attirer, retenir les talents les plus performants et
évaluer/gérer les capacités de ses propres équipes et des
personnes clés.

Assurer un rôle de leadership dans la supervision globale des
activités de l'équipe ERP

Mobiliser l'équipe ERP pour la mise en place de la stratégie
informatique

Stratégie:
Diriger l'alignement de l'ERP avec la stratégie de l'entreprise tout
en anticipant les évolutions stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Mettre en oeuvre les outils/fonctions appropriés pour assurer la
performance et la continuité des affaires.

Responsabilité de la gestion du budget associé (Opex et Capex).

**Description du profil**:
De toute nationalité (mais parlant français), le nouveau Responsable

idéalement dans des environnements internationaux et dans des

organisations matricielles. Il / elle a construit sa carrière dans un

centre d'excellence IT SAP, soit dans une entreprise mondiale au

niveau de l'entreprise, soit dans une grande entreprise de services

professionnels.

il/elle a une formation d'ingénieur, idéalement combinée avec des

études commerciales.

Il / elle a acquis une solide expertise technique et fonctionnelle SAP

dans des environnements changeants et a fait ses preuves dans la

fourniture de solutions ERP exceptionnelles. Il est également capable

de gérer des programmes d'envergure.

Il/elle a traité des problématiques de conduite du changement dans

des environnements multiculturels avec des interfaces internationales.

La connaissance de tout autre ERP (ex. Navision, Sage) sera fortement

appréciée.
