**JOB PURPOSE**
- The In-Store Visual Merchandiser carries out the fitouts of shop windows and interiors, implementing the guidelines defined by the Visual Merchandising Department (Office), in compliance with the highest qualitative standards, the brand image and the Company products, with the purpose of increasing sales. Ensures on a daily basis the maintenance of fitouts of shop windows and interiors.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Carries out fitouts of store windows and interiors based on the defined time frame, implementing the guidelines received from the Visual Department at the headquarters and ensuring their maintenance on a daily basis.
- From time to time, carries out changes needed according to store merchandising, sales trend, market peculiarities, customer target and reference competitors, in compliance with the guidelines provided by the HQ Visual Merchandising Department.
- Tightly cooperates with Headquarters’s Retail Merchandising for the implementation of fitouts fostering customer traffic and sales growth through the identification of appropriate outfits for the market, the customers and the season based on product in stock and always in compliance with the guidelines of the HQ Visual Merchandising Department.
- Provides appropriate indications to the Store Manager and Category Department Manager so that they may contribute to the maintenance of the fitout of their own Departments inside the store.
- Trains the entire staff on the basic of Visual Merchandising.
- Promptly sends pictures of periodical fitouts and fitout changes to the Visual Department at the Headquarters based on requested timing in order to allow corrections and consequent fitout changes.
- Liaises with the Headquarters’ Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising, to periodically provide information on implemented fitouts as well as sales feedbacks by product category, monitoring competitors and the local market in general.
- Gives a feedback on the condition of store interiors, shop windows, display elements and objects; he keeps under control the daily maintenance of the visual items.
- In charge of the visual props management and their eventual replenishment, returns or destruction.
- Cooperates with the Communication & PR Function of the Headquarters to the implementation of In-Store Events and Press Presentations at the store.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- 4 to 5 years' professional experience on a smiliar position, ideally in the fashion industry
- Passion and knowledge of the Fashion/Luxury industry
Professional interest for the Visual Merchandising Function and/or the Retail Department
Ability to combine commercial/sales objectives with creative sensitivity
Understands store and sales dynamics and possesses a creative talent
Social skills, teamwork skills, ability to work in complex environments, flexibility.
