Run what runs the world **This Position reports to**: Production Manager At the heart of an Integrated Production Unit (UPI) for electrical contactors at the Chassieu site, you oversee and ensure the quality control of products and processes for internal assembly lines and associated subcontractors. **Your main responsibilities**: Ensure a high level of quality across the entire organization associated with the UPI: Define quality requirements for products and components, as well as associated specifications Support and ensure control of production processes both internally and externally (subcontracting in France and abroad) Ensure the proper deployment of methodologies, projects, and group directives with a particular focus on Lean Six Sigma Participate in product development and maintenance activities within a "Production Part Approval Process" (PPAP) approach **Manage daily quality tasks**: Lead quality issues in production (internal and external) with the appropriate level of relevance in collaboration with other UPI functions (Product Engineering, Methods, Planning, etc.) in a constant effort to find root causes and continuous improvement Focus particularly on reducing non-quality costs in production You hold a Bac +5 (Master's or Engineering degree) in a technical field, ideally mechanical or electrotechnical, with expertise in quality and continuous improvement. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Quality on a high-volume automated production site. You have a minimum B2 level in English.
