Human by nature.- As - **Naturals Regional Demand Planner (M/F/d)** within the demand team, you are in charge of the Demand Planning for designated EAME sales region and accountable for providing a reliable finished product forecast. You will report directly to the - ** Demand Planning Manager Naturals EAME** and you will be based in - **Avignon**.**This role is limited to one year.** - The Avignon site is specialised in the production of natural extracts for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and agri-food industries.**In this exciting role you will**: - Establish a forecast for a specific EAME sales region for each reference - Identify Customers demand trend and sales pattern - Guarantee a reliable forecast to best improve the manufacturing assets and raw material planning management - Deliver a forecast promptly - Work collectively with your team to improve existing process and define "Best practices" to increase forecast accuracy - Work with the Salesforce to support them in their usage of the demand planning tool - Collect and review feedback of the Salesforce on customers pattern order - Run gaps analysis between sales and forecast - Facilitate the Monthly Regional Demand Review meetings and Bi-Monthly specific Category Demand Review meetings as part of the S&OP Process in Naturex / Givaudan - Analyse and report main forecasting KPI's and targets (Forecast Accurary) - Contribute to the future Givaudan integration project and future SAP implementation (SAP IBP Demand)**Your professional profile includes**: - Business Degree preferably in supply chain or sales related field - 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar position - Knowledge on DSCP (demand forecasting) tool and SAP-IBP - Business Fluent in French and English - reading, writing and speaking - Passionate about datas, reports and analysis - Challenge lover and positive thinker**Your benefits**: - 25 days holiday per year - 13 days reduction of working time (RTT) - 1 remote working day per week - Company paid health cover - Corporate committee gifts (Travel checks, Cinema tickets) - Career development opportunities - "#LI-Onsite"At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives. - You work within an inspiring teamwork culture - where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions. - Every essence of you enriches our world. - Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners. - Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.
