**Your role**
The Account Manager leads and manages commercial projects with key accounts and coordinates all commercial information flows. He/She is the main point of contact between his/her clients and all internal departments.
Main missions:
- Develop and ensure the commercial relationship with the key accounts or categories (mostly haircare) for which he/she is responsible.
- Working within the strategy set by Category Sales Lead, drive projects through with Creative Team and provide the link between Sales and Development Functions including an active participation in evaluations.
- Monitor and manage commercial projects with clients defined in your portfolio
- Management of the sales portfolio (price list, new entries and exits )
- Follow-up of files and coordination of commercial information flows including budgeting.
- Sales management and analysis required by categories, regions, products etc.
- Promote product portfolio cross-category and regions to maximise sales on blue and green list fragrances.
- Own and lead any consumer research initiative from Sales side.
**About you**
Profile:
- Degree in business, sales or chemistry
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience in personal care or similar
- Experience with fragrance, collaboration with evaluation/creation dpt
- Experience in client management in a matrix organization
- Travelling : around 10-20% (UK once a month + others internationally if needed)
- Leadership, ownership (coordination of assistants, PM...)
- Fluent English is mandatory, French a huge advantage.
