ssFor one of our clients, a modern and agile reinsurance company we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and qualified leader for the position of Manager of the actuarial centre of competence (reinsurance pricing)

This managerial role spans across our entire non-life and life & health reinsurance portfolio, with the responsibility to develop and maintain state of the art methodologies, models, and parameters for reinsurance technical pricing.
- You leader will bring the clients “UW transformation” initiative to life, being responsible for the landscape of pricing’s tools and systems.

Under this leadership, the team will also model complex incoming reinsurance contracts.

- enhances capabilities (methods and technology solutions) related to the assessment of natural catastrophes risks, from exposure analysis to perils’ modeling and accumulation control-
- manages the team effectively: secures adequate staffing, proper prioritization of activities and empowerment-

**expectations and experience**:
- minimum 10 years of experience in reinsurance actuarial pricing or technical underwriting; focus on non-life lines of business (additional experience in life & health is a plus)-
- solid leadership experience- track record in systems’ implementation (preferably UW-related), roll-out of new technological solutions and delivery in agile methodology
- strategic thinking, visionary, solution oriented; autonomous in making decision, effective in conflicts’ resolution- outstanding sense of accountability, strong organization skills, “can-do” attitude-
