**LE CHALLENGE QU'ELLE VOUS PROPOSE**:

Rattaché(e) par la Manager des Project Coordinator, vous intervenez auprès de 2 Consultants Seniors,
- Superviser le process de chaque projet
- Gérer les efforts de l'équipe de Chargés de Recherche et assurer leurs avancées
- Planifier les réunions, les rendez-vous et les entretiens des Consultants
- Rédiger et formater la documentation destinée aux clients
- Assurer la liaison avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes
- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les divers interlocuteurs pour assurer le plus haut niveau de service client
- Développer et soutenir le plan de développement commercial des Consultants
- Gérer la facturation, les notes de frais
- Mettre à jour la base de données

**CE QUI FAIT VOTRE DIFFÉRENCE ?**:

- Formation : Bac+2 Assistant Manager
- Expérience : 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en assistanat de direction au sein d'un Cabinet de Conseil ou d'Avocats ou bien en fonds d'investissement
- Compétences : Pack Office (maîtrise), Anglais B2/C1
- Qualités : Excellent niveau de discours, confidentialité, gestion du stress, autonomie, rigueur, excellent relationnel, esprit d'équipe, entraide, implication business, agilité, prise d'initiatives
