Ayvens Central functions are responsible for the group's development and the supervision of activities to promote creation of synergies and to provide business and technical support, through its coordination role.

The Central Finance function will contribute to the creation of value for Ayvens by being a strategic partner to the business, as well as to guarantee and control the reliability of data, processes and technology used to produce financial information.

MISSIONS

The Head of Finance Strategic Transformation will have a direct reporting link to the COO of Finance.

The Head of Finance Strategic Transformation’s role will be critical in raising the game, preparing for both short
- and long-term challenges, and facing the step change in size and complexity of the Finance function arising from Ayvens’ creation.

The mandate of Head of Finance Strategic Transformation is to work closely and transversally with the different Finance departments, both centrally and in the operational entities, by helping them to design and implement their transformation journeys to respond to new requests from the businesses and comply with external regulatory and accounting obligations.

More precisely, the Head of Finance Strategic Transformation’s mandate will be threefold:

- Strategic Projects : initiate and steer Ayvens Finance Integration & Transformation
- Data : drive the availability, quality and management of granular data needed for Finance use cases
- Technology : define vision for Finance IT architecture and systems in collaboration with Ayvens IT department, foster automation and Artificial Intelligence applied to Finance
- Local processes : assist in defining the key local Finance processes with the aim of optimizing these as well as harmonizing these across

To this end, the Head of Finance Strategic Transformation will drive a team in charge of providing Finance with a pooled capacity for transformation, including expertise in enterprise architecture, data, processes, digital technology and change management, as well as program management skills. On the data topic, the Head of Finance Strategic Transformation will act as Chief Data Officer for Ayvens Finance function and be responsible for Data Governance for Finance.

Your main missions:
Key objectives are to:

- Initiate and steer Ayvens Finance Integration & Transformation:

- Establish the global Finance Integration & Transformation strategy, anticipating requests from business, supervisor, SG Group
- Define the vision for Finance in terms of operating model (org., processes, technology, talents, data)
- Manage the Finance IMO during the post-closing integration period
- Communicate on the vision and change strategy to all stakeholders, both centrally and in countries/regions
- Scope, plan and budget transformation programs, and animate the governances that allow the necessary arbitrations and prioritisations
- Be responsible for the business cases linked to digitalization and transformation projects
- Improve the operating efficiency of the Finance function
- Support new products / new business lines integration within the Finance organization (eg. flex products / new services only products)
- Promote the development of new managerial practices
- Manage the overall Finance project portfolio.
- Drive the data agenda for Finance use cases in close collaboration with IT:

- Be responsible for Data Governance for Finance
- Business owner of the granular data environment used for Finance
- Drive the availability, quality and management of required granular data
- Be corporate data management office main contact for Finance
- Support ad-hoc data requests, support data analytics, etc
- Leading the Finance related PoC’s and data test strategy for Finance use cases
- Promote a data centric mindset for Finance and relations between use cases
- Define the vision for Finance IT architecture and systems in collaboration with Ayvens IT department
- Define the vision for the Finance IT systems
- Manage the articulation between the Finance function and IT
