Purchasing Process

This recruitment is part of the acceleration of Ceva Santé Animale's Purchasing project. The Process and Methods Purchasing Manager reports to the Indirect & Purchasing Excellence Director, and is responsible for managing the Process and Methods roadmap, i.e.:

- steering the road-map: P2P/reporting/communication/ (on project completion and road-map efficiency/effectiveness) in sync with Ceva Santé Animale's strategy
- develop the support and digital awareness of Ceva Santé Animale's Purchasing community, as well as its internal and external stakeholders. This involves educational communication and training. He/she must therefore demonstrate a high quality of management by influence, recognized digital expertise and a high level of operational rigor.

Accountabilities:
The Process & Methods Purchasing Manager plays both a strategic, anticipatory and operational role. He is responsible for the deployment of Ceva Santé Animale's purchasing processes and methods, and communicates with all stakeholders on priorities, compromises and commercial impacts.

He defines priorities and validates them at decision-making meetings.
- In this role, you will be responsible for :_
- Complete the initial digital and P2P Purchasing roadmap, based on actual internal practices and benchmarks from external Purchasing organizations,
- Identify and map data sources, with a view to proposing a single data repository that can be used by all solutions,
- Coordination of remediation plans resulting from audits.
- Analyze Purchasing evaluation processes to ensure that defined KPIs can be measured and tracked,
- Management of remediation plans to ensure compliance with auditors' requirements,
- Monitor progress made by the various stakeholders, and make the necessary interventions to meet implementation deadlines,
- Design effective training and communication methods to sustain the new ways of working resulting from the Purchasing transformation.
- He/she develops a Purchasing ecosystem and maintains high-level relations with Purchasing, IT and supplier teams.
- The quality of the relationships developed enables him to ensure with the stakeholders :_
- Implementation of the Purchasing roadmap, - Coordination of resources,
- Identify needs and link them to the proposed processes/tools,
- Implementation of selected tools in the Ceva Santé Animale ecosystem.

To carry out his mission at group level, he naturally evolves in an international environment and devotes part of his time to business travel.

**Your profile**:

- He/she will have worked as part of a high-level team on a digital transformation project (tools, process reengineering, data architecture, etc.) for a company in a context of demanding operational requirements (search for efficiency and performance) and strategic requirements (growth, innovation, etc.).
- He has solid, diversified experience, ideally of several years associated with programs and projects on the radar of corporate executive management.
- Ideally, he has developed a successful track record in transforming purchasing and digital functions in the consulting, healthcare and industrial sectors. This experience has enabled him to develop a sound knowledge of Coupa, Per angusta and tools on the market, so as to propose solutions tailored to the needs of Ceva Santé Animale.
- He possesses and capitalizes on the expertise and experience needed to enjoy a high level of technical credibility with the company's various stakeholders. He has demonstrated an ability to analyze and synthesize, enabling him to prioritize initiatives and accelerate transformation by mastering Purchasing project management.
- His leadership skills are essential for driving the transformation and executing the associated strategy rigorously and pragmatically.
- Integral, humble and an excellent communicator, he cultivates a culture of operational excellence based on the collective intelligence and commitment of the various stakeholders.
