EPITECH, expert en recrutement, recherche pour l’un de ses clients, une** Customer Carre**, dans le cadre d'un recrutement en **CDI**.

**Rôle & Mission**

En tant que **Customer Carre** vos missions seront:

- **Assurer la traçabilité et la gestion des demandes clients**.
- **Analyser les demandes Clients** afin de définir le plan d’action adéquate.
- **Respecter les priorités d’intervention **selon les contrats de Service vendus.
- **Elaborer les devis Clients**.
- **Planifier, prioriser, coordonner les interventions techniques** jusqu’à leur résolution (correctives, préventives, Installation )
- **Vérifier les factures du SAV** dans notre outil SAP.
- **Traiter les bons d’interventions** et s’occuper de la facturation de nos Clients

**Profil recherché**:

- Formation minimum Bac+3.
- Avoir une expérience d’environ 2 ans en SAV
- Aimer l’autonomie.
- Être organisé.
- Être Rigoureux
- Avoir une bonne communication client (interne et externe).
- Maitriser des outils informatiques (SAP, Windows, Office,).
