- Experienced sales/business manager/leader trained in assigned sub-regional account management and team development. Have P&L responsibility, business/function leadership and people development responsibilities for a small to meduim area.

**Missions**:

- Manage Sales Team with full account and business management responsibility to protect and grow assets for designated account(s) within the country, segment or category;
- Develop ADPs to increase sales growth and profitability for main accounts with greatest potential;
- Develop partnerships with important accounts, including relationships with senior level management;
- Manage all pricing negotiations and actvities within the country, segment, category, or specific geographicarea;
- Monitor market and sales (including Indicators and budget) within the region, taking corrective actions whennecessary to ensure sales goals are achieved;
- Manage important projects with FC&A, Marketing and Departments.

**Academic Background**:

- University degree

**Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in food, beverage or relatedindustry;
- Experience delivering profitable sales growth above industry levels;
- Work collaboratively across multiple cultures, functions and levels to coordinate activities with an assigned global customer;
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, leader and through informal organization reporting structure;
- Strategic Account Development Experience maintaining clean records of sales outreach and contacts in a CRM;
- Knowledge of customers strategies;
- Global negotiator;
- In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, projects, commercial needs and product launch processes;
- Knowledge of competitor activity.
