This Position reports to:
Project Operations Manager

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

**Work model**: Hybrid #LI-hybrid
- Lead and manage complex industrial projects in France and internationally, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met from order intake to project closure
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, validate budget allocations and technical orientations, and prepare monthly progress reports
- Conduct project reviews, ensure client acceptance, and consolidate lessons learned at project completion

**Qualifications for the Role**
- Engineering degree (BAC +5) with at least 8 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in an international context
- Experience in process engineering, mechanics, electricity and/or automation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal teams and external partners
- Fluent in English and available for regular travel in France and abroad (approximately one trip every two months)
- Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills, with a client-oriented and safety-first mindset
