**Who are we looking for?**:
As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap at Pixaera, ensuring we deliver innovative and valuable products that meet the needs of our users and business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, from design and development to marketing and sales, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Defining and driving Pixaera's product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and company goals.
- Collaborating with leadership to prioritize product features that align with Pixaera's mission of revolutionizing the learning experience.
- Working closely with design, engineering, and other departments to create high-quality products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Leading product discovery efforts, utilizing user research, feedback, and data analysis to inform and refine product decisions.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle for Pixaera's platform, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure Pixaera stays ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving ed-tech and gamification space.
- Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product success and guide future iterations.
- Mentoring and collaborating with junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the Pixaera product team.
- Advocating for the user experience, ensuring product features are aligned with the needs and pain points of our diverse client base.

**Who are you?**:

- A highly strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented individual with extensive experience as a Product Manager/Lead.
- A strong communicator, with the ability to effectively advocate for product strategies and lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes at Pixaera.
- An expert in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps that drive user engagement and deliver business results.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Experienced in leading teams through the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring quality and innovation at every stage.
- Passionate about creating user-centered products that enhance the user experience and deliver value for learners and enterprise clients.
- Adaptable and open to feedback, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation in a fast-paced environment at Pixaera.
- Experienced in working closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to create seamless, user-focused products.
