About the Company

George Thomas Executive Search is proud to be working on a retained basis with a real estate developer who:

  • Has an established global reputation across mainland Europe.
  • Is further looking to grow their development management team.
  • Is investing in Data center development managers to support their personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Data Center Development.
  • Work directly for a Data Center Owner/Operator.
  • Independently motivate and manage projects with autonomy.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-graduation industry experience.
  • Must currently have worked with or have previously worked with data center owners/operators.
  • Must have a track record of working with local authorities and a familiarity with local rules and regulations.
  • Must be comfortable managing the full cycle of data center development including site selection and land acquisition, to commissioning, testing, and handover.
  • Must currently be based in Paris or across France and willing to relocate to Paris. Those outside of France need to demonstrate that they satisfy the above criteria.

Required Skills

  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of Data Center Development.
  • Direct experience with Data Center Owner/Operator.
  • Ability to manage projects with autonomy.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with local rules and regulations.
  • Experience in site selection and land acquisition.

Pay range and compensation package

Negotiable Based on Years of Experience.
