We are currently seeking a motivated student to join our team in Paris on an internship or apprenticeship as an IT Recruiter / Sales Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Your role will be to support the Business Managers in staffing open positions with our clients. In this capacity, you will :
Identify, contact, and qualify candidates worldwide who match current client needs.
Input, monitor, and maintain our various communication tools necessary for effective candidate targeting (job boards, LinkedIn and CRM).
Interview candidates and discuss employment terms (contract duration, start date, salary).
Prepare their CV's and update our database with their details.
This experience will provide you with:
Strong knowledge of the mainstream IT technologies used by international corporations and the consultancy needs associated for their implementation and maintenance.
Extensive international experience (working in a multicultural team and daily interaction with international consultants)
Strong recruitment and negotiation experience
Exposure to the day-to-day functioning of a sales team as well as the end-to-end sales cycle.
Profile:
Typically, you are adaptable, have analytical skills, communicative, tenacious and a curious nature.
An interest in the domains of IT, Sales or Talent Acquisition would be a plus.
A good level of fluency in French and English is desired for this role.
