Your Role

• The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing existing and gathering new customer requirements and translating those requirements into technical solutions that solve business issues. 
• Ensuring Project delivery within the constraints of time, cost, quality, and scope. 
• Assisting in the definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality. 
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation. Coordinating internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as sold 
• Ability to develop detailed project plans to monitor and track the status of Projects. 
• Demonstrate ability to dedicatedly manage changes to the original project scope, project timeline, project costs and escalations using appropriate verification techniques. 
• Develop and manage project dependencies. Handle and mitigate Project issues and risks 
• Set-up adapted project governance, deliver Project status reports and presentations 
• Craft and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 
• Driving revenue forecasting and recognition 
• Proactivity and ready to take ownership of the value realization for our customers 
• Develop relationships with customers enabling future account sales. 
• Collaborate with project managers worldwide to improve PM efficiency. 

What You Will Bring

• 6+ years of relevant experience in project management. Prefer at least 2 years managing SDDC, Virtual IT infrastructure, cloud, hybrid, or hyper-converged technology. 
• Extremely proactive with strong client-facing and interpersonal communication skills 
• C-level management and communication 
• Excellent project planning and scheduling skills. 
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 
• Strong working understanding of Microsoft Office and advanced experience documenting project plans using various PM tools  
• PMP / PRINCE II certification a plus 
• Working understanding of Agile project management is a plus. 
• Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects. 
• Past experience in a Professional Services setting is a plus. 
• Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) is a plus. 
• Excellent French and English communication skills are needed 
• Flexibility to travel across the region EMEA, up to 25%
