Position: Personal Assistant (to CEO)
Compensation: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per month + Up to 10% Performance Bonus
Total Annual Package: Up to AED 216,000 (Tax-Free)
Required Experience: Personal lifestyle coordination background essential. Comfortable using AI tools or LLMs in daily workflow.
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

Role Overview
We're seeking a highly resourceful and meticulous Personal Assistant to serve as the CEO's single point of contact for all personal and lifestyle operations.

You'll be the connection point between vision and reality, orchestrating flawless execution and transforming requests into exceptional outcomes. You'll proactively manage the CEO's personal life, build an elite network of service providers, and create systems that ensure their world runs effortlessly. This role is built on complete confidence and trust, empowering the CEO to focus on their primary business objectives.

What You'll Need:
2-3 years of experience managing a principal's personal life operations — including lifestyle coordination, personal travel, household management, or provider relationships for a private individual or family
Proven expertise as a master researcher, able to quickly identify and vet high-quality providers, products, and solutions
A resourceful problem-solver who thrives on challenges and finds solutions where others see obstacles
Exceptional communication skills with the polish to represent a CEO in all interactions with premium service providers
Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or missed follow-ups
Strong network-building skills and comfort interfacing with luxury and high-end service environments
Tech-savvy with proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Flexible mindset with availability for occasional evening/weekend coordination

Good-to-Have:
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
A background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or family office environments
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
