As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe's EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured
Finance Intern
to support our growing operations in Europe.
What You'll Do
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing (invoice verification, data entry, payment preparation)
- Review travel reimbursement applications to ensure accuracy and completeness, and match them with relevant receipts and invoices;
- Support bank reconciliations and expense report checksHelp maintain accurate accounting records and document filing (digital and physical)Contribute to month-end and year-end closing tasks
- Assist with financial reporting (Excel, ERP, or accounting software)
- Support budget tracking and cost analysis for internal projects
- Participate in audit preparation and document collection
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in French and Chinese, good command of English is a plus
