We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a
"Topside Project Engineer"
for a 6-month contract based in
Ile-de-France (France).
"Topside Project Engineer (M/F)" What will your missions and responsibilities be?
As a Topside Project Engineer, You Will:*

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, promoting safety and ethical practices
• Coordinate technical and operational activities of closed flare retrofit projects across all phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation)
• Interface with multiple internal teams and contractors to ensure integration of technical solutions
• Support the Package Leader in project planning, execution, and reporting
• Monitor project risks, budgets, and contractual aspects, and propose mitigation actions
• Supervise contractors and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

What profile and skills are required for this "Topside Project Engineer (M/F)" role?
Ø Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering

Ø Experience: 6–10 years in project engineering, project management, or brownfield projects

Ø Skills:

• Strong project coordination and planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage contractors and coordinate with multiple teams
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
• Fluent in English
