About The Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Brasserie Restaurant, Brasserie Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager.

As General Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supervised and organized daily operations of the front-of-house team
  • Led pre- and post-service briefings and delegated service tasks
  • Ensured cleanliness and compliance with setup and hygiene standards
  • Managed inventory and monitored stock levels
  • Participated in menu updates and implementation
  • Delivered high-quality customer service and handled complaints professionally
  • Encouraged upselling and ensured customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handled billing, cash register operations, and end-of-day closure
  • Trained new staff and ensured adherence to service standards
  • Motivated the team, resolved internal conflicts, and promoted a positive work environment

As Brasserie Supervisor We Expect From You

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Fluency in both French and English is required
