Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Post-Training LLM Engineer, offering a hybrid work arrangement based in Paris, with opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include fine-tuning and optimizing pre-trained large language models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), implementing and experimenting with prompt engineering techniques, and developing robust evaluation metrics. you will conduct research, analyze datasets, and collaborate closely with the AI and software development teams to improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of LLM-based applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience contributing to post-training, alignment, or deployment of frontier-scale language models, including work alongside teams at OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral, and DeepMind
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) post-training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or related tasks.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Analytical thinking and experience with data analytics, experimentation, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments and communicate technical concepts clearly.
