Role Summary

The Regional Sales Professional is a high-impact, strategic role focused on securing large, complex, and high-value accounts. This individual is expected to operate independently, serve as a mentor to junior staff, and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Penetration: Identify, qualify, and close large-scale enterprise deals and strategic accounts.
  • Complex Solution Selling: Lead the negotiation of sophisticated contracts and customized solutions that address complex client needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Mentorship: Provide strategic input to the sales leadership team and mentor and coach junior and mid-level sales representatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the sales lead in cross-functional project teams involving legal, finance, and product development.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Deliver accurate and reliable quarterly and annual sales forecasts for key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable success in complex, enterprise-level sales, consistently exceeding high-level sales targets. Experience selling into specific industries (if applicable) is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage C-level relationships; mastery of complex sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling); exceptional business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, proven leader, high level of integrity and professionalism, and outstanding problem-solving and consultative selling capabilities.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend Availability
