The Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier, translating strategic priorities into concrete actions, structuring complex initiatives, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. You will work on high-impact, cross-functional topics ranging from market expansion and key accounts to inventory management and critical programs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, high-responsibility environments, enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is comfortable coordinating across senior internal and external stakeholders. You will support co-founders across a broad range of strategic and operational topics. You are energized by complex problem-solving and motivated by building technologies where security, reliability, and European technological sovereignty are fundamental.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

Explore, analyze, and prioritize new verticals.

Contribute to the design of a scalable international expansion playbook.

Key Accounts & Coordination

Support and coordinate key account relationships across internal teams and partners.

Ensure effective alignment between technical, commercial, and integration stakeholders.

Internal & External Communications

Assist in internal & external communications.

Support the organization and preparation of key meetings.

Program & Project Management

Act as Program Manager for selected cross-functional and strategic initiatives.

Manage and drive cross-functional, company-wide projects from planning to execution

Hardware Management

Select, onboard, and manage best-in-class partners across our hardware supply chain.

Design, optimize, and scale end-to-end delivery of all critical hardware assets.

Profile

Strong interest in European security, defense and technological sovereignty.

3+ years of experience in a demanding, high-ownership environment.

Proven ability to operate as a generalist across strategy, operations, and execution.

Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal), able to synthesize complex topics and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable; able to manage multiple parallel initiatives without losing sight of strategic objectives.

Autonomous, proactive, and trusted to handle sensitive topics with discretion.

Fluent in English and French.

Ability to operate comfortably in both strategic discussions and hands-on operational work.

Bonus points for:

Previous experience in defense or public safety.

Exposure to AI, computer vision or embedded systems.

Experience supporting founders or acting in a Chief of Staff / Strategy / Operations role.

Familiarity with public-sector customers, procurement processes, certifications, or institutional funding programs (EU, national, defense-related).

Experience with international expansion or working in multi-country environments.
