The Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to play a key role in one of Dillygence's most strategic engagements: the end-to-end redesign of a complete production system for a new factory.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role, ideal for a smart, structured problem-solver with a strong engineering background who wants to work on real industrial complexity, take ownership of challenging problems, and grow quickly.

You will lead complex workstreams, interact directly with clients, and contribute to the evolution of our platform and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Design & Transformation Projects

• Take ownership of major parts of 
  industrial transformation projects
  , including:

• target factory definition,

• layout and flow design,
• capacity and resource modeling,

• operational and financial trade-offs.

• Work closely with senior client stakeholders (COO, Industrial Director, Plant Leadership) as a 
  trusted technical counterpart
  .

• Structure and defend 
  data-driven design decisions
   using simulation and digital twins.

2. Bridge Operations, Product & R&D

• Work closely with the 
  Operations team
   to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

• Collaborate with 
  R&D
   to:

• bring real-world use cases into product design,

• contribute to modeling standards and reusable components,

• influence the simulation and digital twin roadmap.

• Help ensure our SaaS platform reflects 
  real industrial constraints
  , not theoretical models.

3. Methodology & Standards

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of:

• Dillygence's factory design methodologies,

• simulation and modeling best practices,

• repeatable transformation frameworks.

• Help structure projects and, over time, support and mentor more junior engineers.

Profile We're Looking For

• Engineer with 
  3–5 years of experience
   in industrial systems, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and 
  natural problem-solver
  .
• Solid background in 
  modeling, simulation, or systems engineering
  .

• Comfortable navigating between:

• technical depth,

• operational reality,

• and high-level decision discussions.

• Able to structure ambiguity and turn complex problems into 
  clear, actionable solutions
  .

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with 
  Python and modern software architectures
   is a strong plus.
