| VOTRE CHALLENGE ?

Dans le cadre de projets industriels à forte exigence technique, nous recherchons un
Mechanical Simulation Engineer
pour intervenir sur la
validation par calcul
de composants et de systèmes complexes.

L'objectif principal du poste est de vérifier, par simulation numérique, la
tenue mécanique, la durabilité et la résistance en fatigue
de différents sous-ensembles, jusqu'au niveau véhicule complet.

Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de simulation et de validation :

  • Réaliser des analyses mécaniques en respectant les objectifs de conception et de performance
  • Mettre en œuvre des
    analyses statiques linéaires et non linéaires
    (incluant précharges et assemblages)
  • Effectuer des
    analyses dynamiques
    : modales, réponses temporelles et fréquentielles, fatigue
  • Contribuer à des simulations
    véhicule complet
    , incluant des scénarios d'endurance et de roulage
  • Analyser et interpréter les résultats de calcul
  • Proposer des
    optimisations ou modifications de design
    lorsque nécessaire
  • Rédiger et présenter des
    rapports de calcul en anglais
  • Accompagner les ingénieurs projet et conception à toutes les phases du développement

| QU'ATTENDONS-NOUS DE VOUS ?

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur en mécanique ou équivalent
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience
    en simulation mécanique industrielle
  • Forte autonomie et capacité à piloter ses activités dans un contexte projet

Maîtrise des outils de simulation suivants :

  • ANSA / METAPOST
    (pré/post-traitement – priorité)
  • NASTRAN
    (calculs véhicule complet)
  • ABAQUS
  • DESIGNLIFE
    (fatigue)

  • GLYPHWORKS
    (traitement du signal)

  • Anglais professionnel courant (documentation, rapports, présentations)
