Un(e) Senior VP Investor Relations
Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe IR, vous aurez pour périmètre d'activité le territoire français.
L'équipe est en charge de la levée de fonds et des relations investisseurs auprès des LP existants et potentiels (compagnies d'assurance, mutuelles, caisses de retraites banques,FO),
Couvrant l'ensemble des expertises du groupe — Private Equity, dette privée, infrastructure et immobilier — l'équipe adopte une approche centrée sur le client afin de répondre pleinement aux besoins divers et sophistiqués des investisseurs professionnels.
En tant que
VP Investor Relations
, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial du fonds et dans la gestion des relations avec les investisseurs institutionnels.
À ce titre, vous serez responsable de :
- Définir et exécuter la stratégie de fundraising sur le segment institutionnel
- Développer et entretenir un réseau d'investisseurs institutionnels, en construisant des relations de confiance et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités d'engagement.
- Piloter le processus de levée de fonds, de la qualification des prospects jusqu'au closing : pitch, négociation et gestion des objections.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (investment team, product specialists, juridique) pour préparer les supports marketing, organiser les roadshows et coordonner les réponses aux due diligences.
- Assurer une veille marché active afin de positionner au mieux l'offre du fonds et anticiper les besoins des investisseurs.
- Représenter le fonds lors de conférences, d'événements sectoriels et de rencontres institutionnelles.
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en Institutional Sales, Fundraising ou Investor Relations dans l'univers du Private Equity, des Private Markets ou de l'Asset Management.
- Solide compréhension des dynamiques des marchés privés (PE, infrastructure, dette privée, secondaire etc.).
- Réseau institutionnel actif avec une capacité avérée à convertir des opportunités en engagements. Une bonne connaissance de l'univers mutualiste serait un atout.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens du service aux investisseurs et capacité à convaincre au plus haut niveau.
- Solides compétences analytiques et rigueur opérationnelle.
