What does an HR Manager do?
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager plays a key role in overseeing human resources operations within the factory environment. This includes managing recruitment, internal mobility, career development, and employee retention. The role also involves handling disciplinary processes, payroll reliability, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager coordinates with occupational health services, manages temporary staffing, and supports company-provided services.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of labor law and social legislation.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HRIS tools.
- Proven ability to manage disciplinary procedures and negotiations.
- Effective interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
